Wild garlic is ideal for soup, pesto or as a spread. Find a handful of really good recipes here!
- A handful of wild garlic
- ¼ l olive oil
- 4 tbsp roughly chopped hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp elderflower syrup
- 3 tbsp freshly chopped parmesan
Fry hazelnuts, puree all ingredients finely and season with as much salt as wanted.
