Wild garlic / Ramslök

Wild garlic is ideal for soup, pesto or as a spread. Find a handful of really good recipes here!

Spring Pesto

  • A handful of wild garlic
  • ¼ l olive oil
  • 4 tbsp roughly chopped hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • 3 tbsp freshly chopped parmesan
  • salt

Fry hazelnuts, puree all ingredients finely and season with as much salt as wanted.
