Walnut-Basil Pesto
25 g/1/2 dl coarsely chopped walnuts
50 g/1 dl dried basil leaves
3 tbsp grated parmesan
1/2 dl olive oil
1 garlic glove (could as well be left out)
2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
Puree together basil and walnuts. Add garlic and oil and puree again. Add cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper and puree. Add more oil if necessary.
